New Necklace

These images are bigger than what I will be using. I had already edited them so I went ahead and used what I had. My online store is almost set up. I am looking forward to skipping the Etsy fee's. Now, If I could figure out how to skip the Paypal onces I'd be set. I am going to use a livejournal code in my store so that I can give a discount to anyone who comes over from LJ or repeat customers.

Octopus, Dice, and scissors

Here are pictures from my latest listings. I am having fun until I get bored again...teehee

I made a really nifty dice bracelet and earring set with the knotted netting.

I named him Segwin while I was working on him. Don't ask me why :)

Stormy - I came up with that telling the kids about a cousin of mine named that. Then I thought about it would be a good name for this pendant too. Now, If I could remember the rest of my cousins names.

My newest friends

Mirabelle the Black

Klaus the Crab

Sherb the Octopus

I did get more items up in my etsy store. The knotted nets take an hour for both sides. Another thirty minutes to seal and make the findings. It is so worth it because I like the new look. As soon as I am done with this last batch of metal charms I am going to start using polymer clay. I want to name, sign, and date them to make them more unique. Plus I really don't like buying pendants and charms for supplies. I'd like to make most everything from the ground up.

It is fun naming them! I think it will be easier to name them first so I can design around the name :)

Quick Update

Here is the custom painted octo I did for a girl on etsy. You can't really see but the starfish color changes depending on the light. I painted it with some of the same metals as the octopus so it is a very nice match but lighter.
